I encountered this 99 minute video of a road trip on Highway 395 starting at Hesperia and ending at Lake Topaz. To Eastern Sierra fishermen, it highlights many of those objects of interest we fishermen see along the way but rarely stop to inspect.
The video delves into the history of points of interest and shows what they look like today. I found it provides many tidbits of information that really expanded my understanding of “What’s that?” as we drive by at freeway speed.
